Please take some time to read through our conditions applicable to the use of our products and service provided on the site.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Times are subject to item availability at time of processing. If we encounter any problems in processing your order or if events occur which are out of our control, we will attempt to get in contact with you.

Your order will be processed by us promptly and shipped through Australia Post. In the case of Australia Post services having no-where to leave the order, a collection card for your local Australia Post centre will be placed in your letterbox.

Refund Policy

If an item does not meet your expectations, please follow these procedures for your return. Please be aware that the product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

1. Call (08) 9458 8927 or email: sales at tradesmantools dot com.au to place a request for a return including a reason for the return and your (the purchasers) details including name and address. We will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
2. The items must be returned in the original shipping carton - under no circumstance can products be returned opened / used.
3. When requested please send returns to 2 Karratha St Welshpool WA 6106
4. Keep a record of shipment until a credit or replacement of merchandise has been received.
5. Cost of shipment is the client’s responsibility. If the return is due to an error or faulty packaging the shipping charges will be refunded.
6. Upon return of the goods a refund will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be credited to your original credit card account.

Shipping

Shipping is via Australia post and charges calculated at Australia post rates.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard. Phone orders can also be placed if this is more convenient. We will pay the surcharge on any credit cards for you.

Product List and Images

Images of products and packaging may at times be different if a particular product has been updated by the manufacturer before we have a chance to update our image.

Defective goods

If the purchaser believes that a product is defective, you must phone TRADESMAN TOOLS to report the defective status. Upon receipt of the alleged defective product and if the product is considered to be defective, a replacement product will be sent to the purchaser. Tradesman Tools is not responsible for non-performance, or delay in performance, beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy

All information provided to TRADESMAN TOOLS remains confidential. We keep your information secure and use it only in the following:

1. To send the information that you request.
2. To monitor the traffic visiting our site to enable us to maintain the highest possible standard.
3. To send current promotions.
The personal information provided to TRADESMAN TOOLS will not be made available for commercial purposes and is only used for the primary purpose for which it is supplied.
